Dear ,you opt IT by studying BCA graduation . this is really good option as career in IT. . MBA is management course ,this course will give opportunity to act as management decision . Dear if you do MCA also being master in IT you will get very late chance to act as management decision . therefor it is advisable to go for MBA course . now to decide MBA in which field . it again depends on your own interest. but it advised to follow MBA in IT . this will help you to use your BCA knowledge in the same field .it is advisable to join Mba course by competing MBA utterance examinations like CAT GMAT MAT C MAT. these entrance will help to get best MBA in good B schools after that good placement
