Bsc and Msc jobs depend upon streams.

You should clear GMAT with good aggregate and must clear IELTS or any other according to the country you prefer

You must research yourself Meet. Most universities will offer Ms programs and there is hardly a PGD in mechanical engineering. You will find technician courses though but it won't help much.

It is not necessary to have IT as a subject at +2 for CS / IT graduation. If you have PCM at +2 you can opt for BTech in CS /IT. Else you can opt for BCA/ BSc CS / IT.
