No, there is no provision of changing the test centre after the ATMA admit card has been released. In fact, there is no option to change the test centre allotted at any point of time during the entire exam cycle. CDS 1 notification 2023 was released on December 21, 2022. Candidates were allowed to apply for the CDS 1 exam till January 12, 2023. Candidates have to register themselves on the OTR (One Time Registration) and then move forward for the application form.
