Hi Junaid, both graduate Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma are done after graduation. Graduate Diploma + 6 months or 1 sem = PG Diploma.
Both the qualification have their due importance. But as a rule of thumb the higher the qualification you have the better scope of job you will have. Hence, a PG Diploma will be advisable (if you qualify).
If you like this answer then kindly mark it as the best answer or rate it thumbs up. Please feel free to post queries if you have any.

Hi Pratik,
To get into second year of a B.Tech programme after Diploma i.e. to get into a lateral entry programme you need to appear for Entrance Examination. Some Institutes admit students through the All India level or state level Entrance Examination, whereas, others will have a separate Examination so depending on the Institute you need to take the Entrance.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

Hi Aman,
Although, KIIT is a decent University and is recognized by UGC, but few of the things which you should keep in mind while choosing your University are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty(their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the institute

Hi Harshit,
NCHMCT and affiliated Institutes i.e. various IHMs definitely has a better standing in the Hospitality Industry. However, both the Institutes have specialization in different career areas so depending on the area in which you want to make your career you can choose the Institute. If Hospitality is where you want to excel go for NCHMCT else go for Srishti.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
