I found a list of B.Tech colleges in computer Science in India with total tuition fees that range from INR 2-3 Lacs. Some of these colleges are SSN College of Engineering, PSGCT Coimbatore, Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. I hope this helps.
