You can visit the mnit website www.mnit.ac.in for further information regarding the procedure after reporting.usually there is self reporting at a specified date and at that date you need to verify your documents and get yourself registered.it takes about 2 to 3 hrs .You need to visit different locations 2 or 3 and get your task done.
