The university usually has at least 1 graduate college. The benefits of going to a university rather than to a college are that they are usually larger and have more resources available. They tend to be better known and more prestigious at least to that outside education so just go for it.

As you have mentioned that you belong to SC Category and scored 300 marks in NEET. It depends upon the college you want to join. The cut off varies from college to college. It might be a little difficult to get a Government College, but you easily get a good private college for the BDS seat. All the best for your career!
