Yes, you can get. The overall ranks between 501-1500 in your category can easily get PSGIM. You have a good enough rank to join the university which conducts the exam. You can also apply for other universities. Your rank is eligible for many colleges so you have many options to take into consideration. You must be having a college of your interest too. So you can go for that also. You should choose a college as per your interest

You cannot do two courses simultaneously. You can do either M.Com or LLB only B.Com LLB. Integrated course is available and not M.Com LLB. But, you can do LLB, after completion of M.Com or vice versa.
