No, the candidates cannot raise objections through the mail. The board has made complete structure to raise objections against the released answer key. The structure of raising answer key has been given below for the candidates:

• The candidates have to raise the objections on the official website 
• Pay the objection fee prescribed by the board 
• If the objection is accepted then the money will be refunded and if it is not accepted, no money will be refunded by the board to the candidate

The refund of the objection fee against the released provisional answer depends on two conditions. The conditions are given below for the candidates:

• When the objections are not accepted by the board: The candidate will not get any refund, when objection is not accepted by the board. The objection cannot be accepted by the board, if the board finds the objections irrelevant or objections don't have proper support of evidence.
• When objections are accepted by the board: In case of objections accepted by the board then the total amount will be refunded by the board. 

The OTET result is based on the final answer key that is released after the release of provisional answer key. The provisional answer key is released after the OTET exams are over. The candidates are given privilege to raise objections against the released provisional answer key if they find any kind of discrepancy. The final result is released after the scrutiny of the objections raised by the candidates. After the release of final answer key, no more objections are taken by the board.
