Mukesh ji as per the employment trends most of the companies are not interested in providing the entry level jobs to those candidate who have done their UG degree from distance education system. For the countering these types of problem you must join those companies where these presumption is not available. In this process you must accept the lower salary jobs. Once the experience comes in your resume than the problem is over.

yes you need to wait for the notification. First you need to appear for the exam and once the results are out, colleges will announce their cutoff list.
According to your score you can apply for the colleges which fall under CMAT exam.

Regarding MBA admissions in Finance you can take both exams CAT or MAT and even there are more like SNAP , XAT etc. But try to do proper study or else take coaching if necessary, you can also consult for any query

The cutoff changes each year depending on the number of applications received and their cat scores. But as a ball park no. the cut off is between 93-96 %ile
