You need to complete B.Ed programme and then, you can apply for school level jobs because every next school in India require B.Ed as a eligibility for their vacancy.

You can pursue certification courses like Tally, ERP, Taxation Course, cost accounting, and corporate accounting. These courses belong to commerce field. If you want to pursue an animation field, then opt for some Diploma course.

In order to become pilot you have following two options:
(a) Candidates with PCM at 10+2 stage are eligible to join Flying club to seeking flying training and obtain license to become a Commercial Pilot. Details are available on DGCA website.
(b) Candidates with PCM at 10+2 stage are eligible to appear for NDA examination conducted by UPSC to join as pilot in Indian Air Force. Science and engineering graduates are eligible to appear for CDS examination conducted by UPSC to join as pilot in Indian Air Force.

It's too early to think about Ph.D. For Ph.D you need to complete your Masters first so plan for your Masters first and then plan about pursuing Ph.D.

If you want to do a good job in E&C, then first prepare with aptitude. I would suggest you to join any certificate courses related to field of your interest, like:
1. VLSI design.
2. Embedded,
3. LoT, etc.
You can chose any good institute for the certification because they will provide placement assistant. So, you don't have to worry much.
