According to me Kirori Mal college is better. It's ranking is also quite high. But college literally doesn't matter alot in DU. Also the teachers are highly qualified only difference comes of infrastructure and facilities.

It's impossible to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad because there is no reservation system in IIITH. Since you are a girl therefore you get an edge because this year supernumary quota is there, which is very beneficial for girl.
