Candidates can check rank and marks of the candidate,  name of the candidate, exam roll number, date of birth, registration number of Uni-GAUGE-E, category of the candidate, and signature & photograph of the candidate. After the release of the final Uni-GAUGE (Under–Graduate Engineering Entrance Exam) scorecard, candidates will be able to proceed further with the admission procedure. Woxsen University conducts WAT, which is an in-house entrance exam of Woxsen University. WAT is an online 1 hour test of 100 marks comprises questions around Quantitative Aptitude, English, Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, and General Knowledge. There is no negative marking applicable in WAT. Candidates can also apply via a valid score of CUET UG, which is conducted every year by NTA.

Candidates can check the tie–breaking methodology mentioned below in the PUMDET exam.

• In case of tie, the candidate obtaining less negative score will have better rank.
• If tie exists still thereafter, all such candidates will be awarded the same rank and will be considered for counselling and admission with bunching effect.

To check the Uni-GAUGE result, candidates have to go to the official website and in the login window enter their application number/seq number and password. The scorecard will appear on the screen and cancidates can check all details therein. Candidates will be required to download and obtain a printout of the online scorecard. Candidates will not be entertained by a member of participating Universities/Institutions for admission without the scorecard.

Candidates must use JEE Main as the application platform for BTech at IIIT Bhopal. The application process for JEE Main include registration, form filling & document uploading, and payment of the application fee. First and foremost, applicants must meet the minimal requirements for admission to Woxsen University's three-year BBA (Hons) program. Applications for this course are open to students who completed Class 12 with a minimum cumulative grade of 55% from an accredited board. Applying for a BBA at Woxsen does not need enrollment in a particular stream. Every applicant must fulfill the minimal educational requirements.
