SCDL offers Post graduate diploma in Human resource management.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline, from a recognized University.
International/SAARC Graduates from a recognised/accredited University/Institution.
Note: Students appearing for the final year of the graduation examination can also apply (subject to graduation within the time-line specified by SCDL).
The duration of the Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource is 1 year.
The registration of the participant is valid for two years.
Registration Fees (Non-refundable):
For Indian Residents (General or Civil / Defence Personnel / Paramilitary / Police / Symbiosis employee): Rs. 1000/-
International Students: US $100 OR Rs. 5000/-
SAARC Students: US $75 OR Rs. 3750/-
Note: The registration fees must be paid along with the application form, failing which the form will not be processed. Registration fee implies application processing fees.
Program Fees:

Active Defence / Paramilitary / Police: Rs. 15,500/-
SAARC Students: US $ 600 or Rs.30,000/-

As far as salary is concerned, it depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience, etc.
But, still, to give you a brief idea,
Fresh graduates earn around Rs 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
Export houses offer high salaries along with other incentives.
Self-employed designers can earn handsomely, provided they are experienced and recognized.
