Dear Mangal, As you may have been following, this year due to the pandemic, admissions have gone on till October and so yes you can check the websites of your desired colleges to SEE if they are still open for admissions. IILM University offers B.Com (Hons) course and is accepting applications for now (www.iilm.edu.in). In the last year 2019, the last date to apply for M.com admission was 16th July 2019. But this year everything is late so till now there is no news for m.com admissions. So I'll suggest you wait for university notice and check their sites frequently.
