The final merit list is based on composite scores of entrance exam score, GD and PI. The weightage of the parameters is 80:10:10, respectively.

To be eligible for KAU BTech admission, a candidate needs to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as a compulsory subject with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate.
