Aviation is a very niche specializations. You can pursue it but I would suggest you do some google before choosing the specializations suitable for you. MBA in finance, Banking, insurance would be more favourable. You can do courses in aviation by distance later on. Marketing, finance, HR, Operation, Health Management, Banking, Business Analytics are few of well established and trending specializations.

Hello Hizabi Girl, you have completed your diploma in in IT engineering. Based on this you can not only seek admission for graduation in engineering but can seek admission directly into second year of four year degree course of engineering. This is called as lateral admission. Many states have conferred equivalent to 12th recognition for diploma holders. You need to obtain this from the institute from which you are doing diploma or you have completed diploma. Based on this you can seek admission for BCA also. Best wishes to you.

Hello Rukmini, I think you can. This is so because many states including Karnataka have given Diploma the equivalent of 12th and for joining any graduation course like B.A. Twelfth is a must. The institute from which you have completed your Diploma will be in a position to guide you about obtaining this equivalence Certificate. Once you have it with you then you can go for any degree for which eligibility is passing of 12th. Alternatively you can download the brochure of k s o u and SEE if they accept Diploma in lieu of 12th. Best wishes to you.
