By studying veterinary you have a bright carrer and option for IFS and more chances to work in govt. departments.
Few renowned coleges for studying veterinary are
IVRI Bareiily, G.B pant , NDRI Karnal , VCRI Chennai, CVAS Bikaner.There are govt. Vereniary colleges in almost every state.
For that you have to appear for ICAR exam.The list of college is also given in ICAR website .ICAR also has college ranking.

Yes, you can as most of the b school just need graduation for giving admission to hospital management. It is a demanding and demanding specializations as there always be need of health service business and management. Few well known b school for hospital management are TISS, FMS, IIHMR, Devi Ahaliya, Symbosis, KJ Somaiya etc. You can also explore on MBA in International Business, marketing, development management as per your undergrad subjects. Try to target top 50 b school and specializations in allignment with your undergrad. Marketing us a specializations that can be easily grasp by graduate from humanities background.

I am sorry to inform you but you cannot pursue 3 courses at one time if all the three degrees have the same passing years you will not be able to make all the three valid on the same time but you can use this degree in a individual purpose, so that you can only show one of your degree at one time. Choose any two, till you can pursue one from a regular institute or one from a distant college that will help you pursue your dreams but you have to wait for the first degree to be complete then you should go for the second one.
