No, the Gujarat PGCET is not more difficult than GPAT exam. GPAT is highly competitive national-level entrance exam that test deep analytical, conceptual and multi-statement problems. On the other hand, the Gujarat PGCET is a state-level exam that primarily include direct, memory-based, and straightforward multiple-choice questions based directly on standard BPharm textbooks. If candidates have prepared well for GPAT, they will generally find the Gujarat PGCET paper much easier.

The official LM College of Pharmacy MPharm cutoff trends are released online by ACPC Gujarat rather than college itself. To check the 2026 cutoffs, candidates need to visit the official ACPC portal after the counselling rounds begin. ACPC uploads the course-wise and category-wise opening and closing ranks as downloadable PDG documents under the MPharm section.
