You can pursue a Professional Diploma in Business Management from WLCI Business School and specialize in Marketing. This is a full time course and will help you immensely. Otherwise, since you have work experience, you can also opt for the Executive Diploma in Business Management; a part-time course. For PGDHRM SC, the overall percentile cutoff was 75 last year and sectionals were 60 percentile. However students applying for PGDHRM generally get profile based calls.

Hi Debashree, you have scored bit less in XAT exam as FIIB consider 50% in XAT. We recommend you to apply as soon as possible for the PI session. However, we appraise the candidate from an overall perspective, having revised the admission policy this year. We now assign greater weightage to the overall candidacy of the student (vis-a-vis the competencies mentioned before of self leadership, willingness to learn, market orientation etc) and thus are calling candidates with lower scores but with demonstrated aptitude for rigor of management education for the PI session.
