You will have to go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college to know more about the admission procedure, fees, eligibility etc. Foreign students can apply in CLAT or the colleges directly under the foreign quota.

Yes, it is good to pursue MBA at abroad, though it depends what job prospects you want to keep open, if you want to work in India only then I don't think it is necessary although it is valuable. Similarly, IIM students also get placements abroad.

No, you will have to complete B.Sc. Geography first. Better pursue Masters in your own subjects. You will have to go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college to know more about the admission procedure, fees, eligibility etc.

There is no issue with B.Com as much of its syllabus is same as in the CA. So, he has to join CA directly without wasting any time. Otherwise he can pursue for B.Com simultaneously with CA.
