Yes, admission for MPlan at IIEST Shibpur is based on entrnac exam. A valid GATE score, followed by the CCMT counselling process, would ensure entry to the MPlan programme at IIEST Shibpur. To be eligibile, one should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised institute. Even final year students are allowed to apply. The GATE examination is the criterion for entry.
