You will not be able to study something you don't like. Now it depends on what you want to choose after HSc. If you want to opt for an Engineering or a medical degree, you will have to develop a liking towards the subject. Even otherwise try applying the following ideas.
Be strong in some area where you have the least liking in chemistry (It's fantastic if you make yourself strong in 5/10 chapters)
Ask your Chemistry about the application of your concepts. This will create an interest.
identify what is bothering you in chemistry.Have a open talk with your chemistry teacher to sort it out.
Buddy you have to give a try to find solutions.

Yes there is a differnce in HVAC is only Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning which is Mechanical, the "M" in MEP. "E" is electrical. "P" is plumbing.'

Plumbing designers often include design specifications for simple active fire protection systems, but for more complicated projects, fire protection engineers are often separately retained. Electrical engineers are responsible for the building's power distribution, telecommunication, fire alarm, signalization, lightning protection and control systems, as well as lighting systems.

Ministry of Human Resource development gives scholarships to all GATE qualified candidates who are taking M.Tech in one of MHRD or AICTE recognized institutes. Research fellowship depends on projects and funds in department and Industry scholarship is given based on department and kind of industry sponsoring. Mostly they don't ask you to work for them after studies. So just don't worry go ahead and take it if you get one.
Research fellowship and Industry scholarships are may be one or two per batch therefore are very competitive and respected.
Few other scholarships are also available but are not common and well paid as these.
