If you have registered for the AIBE exam but have not paid the fee, you will not be able to change the exam center as it is only possible through the payment process. However, you can still choose to register again with a new email id and pay the fee for the desired exam center. Make sure to cancel the previous registration to avoid any confusion or complications. Alternatively, you can contact the AIBE helpline for assistance in changing the exam center or any other issues related to the exam.
