You can fill up the application form online and register yourself by paying Rs. 900 for online test to be conducted at Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam. You can take print of the downloaded form and prepare a DD in favour of GITAM Institute of Management, payable at Visakhapatnam and send it accross to our office. The address is mentioned in the application form.

As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your MIB and then opt for further studies, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialized course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
However as per your query, you may consider pursuing:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
- Diploma in Materials and Supply Chain Management.
- Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
