Your class 11th marks will only be a problem, if you are planning to apply to overseas colleges. Mostly, colleges in India only consider class 12th marks.

You can get good college either government or private. There is a myth among students that most of the campuses are given by government colleges, but this is not completely truth. You can choose best private college. Decide the branch you want to opt.

You can take job in a company requiring strong background in mathematics. If it is applied Maths, it will be very useful. Also, you need to learn a bit of coding. Applied maths + coding, a job will be pretty much guaranteed in any company and/or startup looking for someone to do some research oriented project. With experience, you can become pretty good in coding. Also try to publish at top venues in your field.

Dear Sakshi,
DU is not the mile stone. Rather, even if you get some other college, I believe you should go ahead. This is because, any student is famous or successful, because of the institution. It is the institution that becomes renowned, because of the students. You never know there might be some institution waiting for you to give admission to. So, just try and work hard. It is only your hard work and excellent score card that will keep you ahead of others.

There are 2 books, I love both, both are simply awesome and you don't need to do anything extra if you solve any of them by heart.
Pearson by Sanjay Mishra (note that many properties are hidden in forms of illus and subjective problems but you don't need more properties than ones given in this book).
Cangage by G Tewani (the best book in terms of quality of objective problems).
