BITS cutoff will increase this year as compared to last year as this year exam was relatively easy as compared to last few years exam.

I think, there is no chance in any NIT at this rank in EWS, because EWS has only 10 % seats. So, NIT seats can maximum go unto 8000 rank in EWS.

Yes, you need to. Most of the reputed private universities conduct their own entrance exams and give scholarships based on the scores in the same. Hence you need to take their exams. There are some universities, which admit based on the board exams scores alone and so such institutes never ask you for any exams.
