Yes, you can do it.
Admission to some of the courses such as BSc, MA, LLB, BA LLB, and many other courses is based on the score in the entrance exam conducted by CSJM University.
To secure admission in the MA programme, candidates need to obtain a BA degree (three-year course) from this University or an Indian University recognized for the purpose by the Executive Council.

Hii Antony, No. You can not join Merchant Navy after doing Civil Engineering, Either you have to enroll yourself in Junior Ranks Course (GP Rating) on Matric Basis, or you go for Diploma Nautical Science 1 Year / B.Sc. Nautical Science 3 years on 12th Basis. If you have more patience, you can go for B.Tech Marine Engineering.

Dear aspirant, The fees have nothing to do with the OBC category. It is the same as for the General, but if the annual family income is less than 1 Lacs then the student gets full remission of tuition fees. If it is between 1to 5 Lacs then the student gets remission of 2/3 tuition fees. You can easily get an interesting free loan for tuition fees from SBI if your parental income is less than 9 Lacs at all IITs which you have to pay after 1 year of graduation. (I. e. 5 years from admission). Hope it helps.
