The admission in b.ed is based on the basis of 10+2 marks if you have good marks in 10+2 then you can get admission in b.ed , i advised you to get admission in a goverment universities because it is more valuable in comparison of most of the private universities.

You can get if you beat the requirements or cut off of that university , you didn't describe your numbers in 10+2 so i can't answer that you would be able or not
