I thing Chandigarh University is best for MSC Chemistry. not only for studies but it is value for money and placement too. last year the highest L.P.A. was of 35L.p.a. So I think taking admission in CU is a kind of steal deal.

NIOS is recognised board conducting 10th examination and hence you would face no difficulty in securing admission for engineering colleges after the completion of your 12th standard examination.
