Unless absolutely necessary, applicants should avoid rescheduling their SAT exam dates. The reason being that they may or may not get a full refund. Plus, the re-registration costs the entire amount. Thus, if possible applicants should appear for the exam and if the situation is not apt, only then consider rescheduling your SAT exam date.

Yes, you can switch SAT 2026 dates. You must cancel your current registration first and then register again for a new date because the College Board no longer gives an option to simply reschedule the test on their website. Expect to pay a cancellation fee.
