It is a nearly impossible dream to get a government medical college in Maharashtra under the 15% All India Quota if your rank is 41613 in NEET UG. In Government medical colleges the percentage that is usually expected from you is much lower than the rank you have got in the examination. But, if you give a try in 85% State Quota then you may be able to secure a seat by fulfilling the eligibility criteria of the Maharashtra State and if you register yourself in the Maharashtra NEET UG counseling.
