If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
So as per your profile you are not eligible to get admission in full time MBA or PGDM program.
However I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
If you are not taking improvement exam so as per percentage in graduation you may consider pursuing MBA through distance education:

Cloud computing is not a stream, it is the services on hire from a third party, without owing the facility. It offers, infrastructure like servers, software, ERP solutions etc. You can understand all these if you are a CSE or IT branch student of B.E. You may google the word -"Cloud Computing" and you will get all the information.
To get a good career, you must concentrate on degree course to clear all the semesters with high percentage marks. When you reach 5th semester, start learning aptitude, logical analysis and work on your verbal & written communication for campus placement. Meanwhile, according to your interest, you may go for certification course on cloud computing.
