First of all, why did you leave jobs at so many places. Was it due to one or two common problems that compelled you to leave jobs. If yes, then the problem lies within YOURSELF. You have some reservations about yourself, about doing a particular job of your liking, or not doing particular parts of a job. Perhaps you find all the employers to be bossy, who do not listen to you and your needs.
Perhaps you do not have any family responsibility, and your family or parents are supporting you financially.That is why you are so unconcerned about fulfilling your job obligation, and only thinking about yourself.

How much of your MCA theory were you able to apply in your last job, or earlier ones. Or, you did not like MCA or computers in general. What latest developments have you been tracking in the field of I.T.
If you do not find the I.T. field interesting or suitable for your advancement, first analyze yourself. What are your false prejudices and wrong preferences. A good idea is to contact a person from the field of psychology and get your TA EGOGRAM constructed. If you still wish to do M.Tech, first ask your seniors as to the opportunities you will get after doing it, and having an experience of IT after doing MCA. Also, whether you will make up for time lost till now-in terms of career advancement and money.
I would still advice that it is better to do SELF-ANALYSIS, and then decide.
