Both the fields are different from each other and very good for job perspective. While pursuing aeronautical engineering, you can get a job in ISRO, DRDO or even in NASA, if you will do hard work and extra effort and many other job fields are also there. Pursuing mechatronics engineering is also very good choice and have many options for jobs at private as well as government sector. You have to choose on your own. So you must do well if you want to opt any one of this course and achieve the best.

Hello Nidhi,
I can understand your angst. But I am afraid, it's not feasible. But perhaps you can appear as an external candidate. Some universities allow external candidates to appear for exam along with students who are doing regular college. I would suggest you approach the administrative staff of your college and seek their guidance since different universities have different rules on this issue. Shifting to distance education presently means you will have to start afresh from the first year.

Start preparing for the entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, etc. There are few other entrance exams restricted to colleges, as they are college specific. Exams like SNAP and NMAT are college specific. So start studying from now to get a good score and then you will get the first step to enroll yourself in a good college.
