Qualification is not only based on merit but also on the reservation. So, based on the cut-off if you are qualified then you are eligible for advanced. If you can't attend in 2021, based on this qualification you may write JEE Advanced in 2022 directly without attending JEE Mains 2022.

All ICTP (Admission Batch 2022) students in the case of 2+2 programmes must pay a fee of Rs. 1,50,000 (INR) in two instalments, I. e. Rs. 50,000 (INR) along with the tuition fee for the first semester (Term I) and Rs. 1,00,000 (INR) to be paid along with the tuition fee for the third semester (Term III)
For 1+1 programmes, the whole amount of Rs. 1,50,000 (INR) must be paid in two instalments: Rs. 50,000 (INR) must be paid along with the tuition for the first semester (Term I), and Rs. 1,00,000 (INR) must be paid along with the tuition for the second semester (Term II). .
