As per your information you are not eligible for CA course through direct entry mode but you can opt CPT mode for CPT mode eligibility is -
a. A candidate is eligible for enrolment to Accounting Technician Course (ATC) on passing the Common Proficiency Test and Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 examination) conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto.
b. A candidate who has already passed Entrance Examination or Foundation Examination or Professional Education (Examination-I) shall be eligible for enrolment to Accounting Technician Course subject

To make career in IT field, one has to pursue either B.Tech. which requires PCM subjects in 12th or BCA+MCA which require maths in 12th. Without this you can not really progress in IT field. You mentioned in your question that you are learning JAVA and SQL. Actually, it is not possible as JAVA is a front end which has Oracle as back-end and DotNet is a front end with SQL as its back-end. Since, both are different technologies, actually you are only getting familiar with Java and SQL.
