Hello Sandeep, engineering colleges in Maharashtra give admission based on the performance of the student in the entrance exam that is conducted by the state of Maharashtra called MHT CET. However as the admission process begins the state announces the quota called all India quota for the students to take admission who may not be domiciled in Maharashtra.
