First take a look at distance learning--Distance education or distance learning is a mode of delivering education and teaching, often on an individual basis, to students who are not physically present in a traditional setting such as a classroom.
Now part time--way of leaning in which you will be provided a certain time in a day.it is usually less then the regular,
NOW PROS AND CONS OF DISTANCE::
PROS:-you will have own time to study.
you need not to visit the centre. everyday.
CONS:-Environment teaches a lot of things except the course.You will be Misiing that
Environment .
you can clear you doubts at the same time in the class room.
You will be missing conversations in class room.(conversation will boost up you personality)
NOW PROS AND CONS OF PART TIME.
PROS:-You will have chance to improve in yourself with the interactions in the class room.
CONS:-if you are lacking in time even though,you need to give a specific time to the centre.
being absent in class will result you to miss the topics.
SUGGESTION:-
You you no issue with the timing and the centre is within your reach,i will suggest you to go for the part time.
If you have problem with the timings or distance or any other reason you can also choose distance mode.
Now its up to you in which way you are comfortable.
