HR is a function which requires innate skills. You cannot become an HR professional. HR is all about employees or intellectual capital. As a trainer for CAT \ GMAT \ ILETS and soft skills, I have seen lot of PGDM students choosing HR as their specialization, thinking it is the most easiest job. At some point of time, very early in their career, they had to quit or were fired. You have to put down your skill sets and see which function requires your skills.
