Either one is appropriate. It will depend on your profile, admission requirement of the university, feasibility and your long term plan. A master degree from Canada is more valuable though. You will also be eligible to apply for a work permit and gain work experience post your studies.
Since, the B.Pharma in India is a four year programme, you will be eligible to apply for an M.Pharma in Canada. Canadian universities require 4 year UG degree for admission consideration. The ACBSP, a US-based organization that offers accrediting services to business schools all over the world, has certified LPU's business school. NAAC has awarded LPU A++ rating.
The minimum grade requirement for B.Com. with honors is 60% on the English + LPUNEST 10+2 exam. Students must pass the LPUNEST test and achieve the required percentage in 10+2.
Students can register for the LPUNEST exam on LPU's official website. For girls, the LPUNEST exam costs Rs. 500, while for boys, it costs Rs. 1000. Admissions for the class of 2024 will soon begin.

It will be better for you to choose B.Com as you can pursue any professional course like CS, ICWA, CFA, etc. after completing it. And secondly, there is a good scope after completing B.Com, so you would be able to apply for good jobs after its completion.
