Hello Tejas,
It is the question for which only you can answer for. It depends on your interest that in which you have more interest. As you have completed the B.Sc. Degree, it would be better to go for the M.Sc. Degree as it will be of your subject.
If you have more interest in computer, coding or designing then you can go for the MCA or other related courses. If you are interested do M.Sc. Of higher studies from IITs, IISc, NITs and other top institutes, than you can should apply for the IIT JAM exam.

Recognised means one which offers courses as per the norms of the council constituted by government of India for good quality education. The councils or the commissions recognizes universities on the basis of the quality of education, Infrastructure, etc. And gives it a certificate of recognition. Without this certificate, your degree will be invaluable.

They are two type hostel in Quantum University :-
1. Non-AC hostel - The first semester Non-AC hostel fees is 39000 and also the second semester fees is same as first semester so the total one year Non-AC hostel fees is 78000. In which fooding, laundry, Wi-Fi, gym all are included.
2. Air Conditioning - The first semester AC hostel fees is 52000 and also the second semester fees is same as first semester so the total one year AC hostel fees is 104000. In which fooding, laundry, Wi-Fi, gym all are included.

It is the colleges which require compulsory AICTE approval, so if you are directly studying at the university you do not need to worry. On the other hand, if you are studying in a college affiliated to some university and your course is not approved by AICTE, then it can create lot of problems.
