US is one of the finest study destination to pursue Masters degree, there are many good and top ranked universities in US, which offers MS degree in various fields, such as:
Electrical engineering.

Well it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany, as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
So, as a friend, I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.
But as you have asked, I would like to say that as mentioned above, there few institutes offering Bachelors in Automobile in Germany. However, there are few universities that are offering a course related to Mechanical engineering and allied are:
