Candidates have to register online for Gujarat NEET counselling. Registration can be done on the official website, medadmgujarat.org. Purchasing PIN is compulsory to complete the registration process for Gujarat NEET counselling.  Candidates will have to pay INR 11,000 (10,000 refundable) fee to purchase the PIN from the official website. 

Yes, some colleges in Kerala offer BTech in Mining Technology. These are:

But all of these are private colleges. There are no government colleges in Kerala offering BTech in the required specialisations.
