Hi, GMAT is to be written when you wish to pursue MBA. It may be requested for some other management courses as well. Appearing for GMAT has nothing to do with 3 yr or 4 yr degree. Anybody willing to do a management course can appear for GMAT.
Singapore Universities require a minimum of 2 yrs work ex to pursue MBA. If you are interested in management courses let me know which one. And for freshers there is no need to appear for GMAT to pursue MBA or any other management courses.
If you like this answer then kindly mark it as the best answer or rate it thumbs up. Please feel free to post queries if you have any.

Hi.
Working on research is the main profession of an astronomer and this may usually involve travelling; working long hours including day and night. The work of an astronomer involves analysis and interpretation of enormous data gathered by observatories and satellites and making scientific papers or report their findings. They make observations with ground-based telescopes or any other sources and apply their knowledge to solve problems in navigation, space flight, and satellite communications.
There is tremendous potential for astronomy in the country and the world also.
All the best.
Regards.
Gijoo.
