Do you mean admission to IIT on the basis of 10+2 score? If yes, then no,because IIT eligibility includes entrance tests scores as well.
Do you mean IT branch of engineering? If yes, then you may try at accredited private colleges.

As I know MBBS have more better returns instead of Engineering. But I think you have to choose your course on the base of your field of interest not for salary and job chances.
