It is unlikely that you will be able to get a veterinary seat in a government college in Telangana with 71 marks in NEET. The cutoff for veterinary seats in government colleges in Telangana is usually around 100 marks. However, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of getting a seat:

In campus, there are separate tower for first year students so that there would be no ragging case. In BMU , there are two types of hostel like tower and apartment. Tower hostel has rooms in a row and common bathing areas. But in apartment there are 5 room set having common room and bathing areas. Tower hostel and apartment hostel have prive difference of 20 thousands. As triple occupancy in tower hostel cost you around 1.8 lac and triple occupancy apartment costs you around 2 lac and single occupancy costs 2.2 lac and 2.4 lac respectively.

Like all other exams, the minimum marks have been set for the candidates to qualify in the Jamia Millia Islamia entrance exam. As per the general guidelines released by the university, candidates obtaining less than 15% marks in the Objective Type/ Multiple Choice questions will not be shortlisted for interview/admission. Similarly, candidates obtaining less than 30% marks in the descriptive part of the Entrance Test, wherever applicable, will not be shortlisted for interview/ admission. As the minimum qualifying marks are fixed, the candidates should prepare themselves in such a way that they can get more than the prescribed marks in the exam and get selected for the next level.
