If you want to do Bachelor's in Mass Communication or Master's Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication, choose a good institute or university like Manipal, Nitte, SIMC, EFLU, Hyderabad, Osmania or Amity.Check the fees of each because otherwise all are good.

Bio medical engineering is offered by some IITs, IISc, BHU and some private universities like Lovely professional university, Amity etc. Go to their websites for eligibility and entrance exam. Very few state universities and government colleges offer this course and in that case, you will have to appear in state PET exams. Bio medical engineering can be done by both PCB and PCM students but for all other branches of B.E./B.Tech. PCM with minimum 45% marks + entrance exam score like State PETs/AIEEE/IIT-JEE is required. Once you complete your BBA, you may pursue some of the below mentioned course from universities abroad:
1. MBA.
2. Msc in management.
3. Msc in HR.
4. Msc in finance and related course.
In order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have ateleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
However, if you do not wish to have work experience and wish to continue with your studies, in that case you may consider pursuing Msc courses mentioned above.
