I would like to inform you that you would need to appear for IELTS and not TOEFL. Hi, MCA from IGNOU is a decent course to pursue. The syllabus is pretty good which covers almost all the aspects of Application programming with lot of ad on's. But, there is a fact that most of the Tier 1 IT companies do not consider candidates with a correspondence course. I know it's sad to gauge a candidate based on the mode of studies. However, it is never a road block for seeking good career opportunities with MCA in correspondence.
Just focus on your MCA and try not to keep any backlogs. It will certainly enhance your technical skills and help you grab a much more decent position in the IT corporate field.
All the very best.
