if you consider placements and salary wise, ece dominates, it has got jobs both in private as well as government sector. eee is an ever green branch, since it doesn't get affected by recession. it has got plenty of jobs mainly in government sector. Hii harish, keep a point in mind that the syllabus for both JEE main and your 11th and 12 th classes are same.So prepare in a way that every minute concept is in your mind.
Read only your NCERT books that is very much sufficient for JEE main

If you would like to go abroad then EEE is good choice. Because there is more scope for EEE in Gulf countries. Compared to ECE there is more scope for EEE everywhere. It depends on your interest also.
